Element was great, the shipping time was very exceptable but there was one exception, I ordered the 1/2″ one and was shipped the 5/8″ one so I had to bore out the hole in my steam table to make it fit. I would have given a higher rating if I had been shipped the right size in my order. These little details make a big difference. Thankfully I had the tools needed to do this job. If I hadn’t had the tools I may have had to ship the unit back for replacement. And we had a big event that the steam table was needed for one day after I received the part.
