The Sierra SRPO-24E is a countertop electric pizza oven, that has been designed for pizza, flat breads, and bakery products that can be baked directly on hearth decks, screens, pans, or baking sheets. This pizza oven has one large chamber with two “Meteorite” hearth decks. The cooking chamber is 22.3″ wide, 21″ deep, and each deck has a height of 3.25″ (the overall chamber height is 9.5″). It has a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, and the “Meteorite” ceramic deck can achieve maximum heat quickly and has a speedy recovery time, giving you uniformity, consistency, and efficiency. The oven is ideal for a wide variety of establishments, as the temperature can be adjusted from 280° to 650° Fahrenheit.
